Yes! We need to have the home rented for two months this summer while we visit family on the East-Coast. We can extend the rental slightly and work with you on the exact booking dates.

Yes! We have a lovely hot tub tucked into the trees of our home. We ask that you add a teaspoon of chlorine to the tub every 2 weeks to keep it fresh and for your enjoyment.

All home and yard services require at least 24 hours’ notice to the renter before entering the premises. Services can be rescheduled to accommodate your schedule.

Convertible crib or toddler bed. We will have it converted prior to arrival.
Black out curtains in 2nd bedroom.
Foldable play yard for the living room.
Toys, highchair, toddler and baby utensils + plates, play tent and blow up pool for the backyard
*We can also place items storage for you to use the 2nd bedroom as an office or workout room.

We are a family of three - Polly, Ryan, and our little guy Forrest. This is our main home.

Respect quiet hours: keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. Be mindful of loud conversations, music, TV volume, and footsteps, especially after hours.
Limit gatherings and parties: notify the host in advance if you plan to have guests. Large gatherings or events are not permitted without prior approval.
Use headphones when appropriate: use headphones for personal audio after quiet hours or whenever noise might disturb neighbors.
Control appliance noise: run dishwashers, laundry machines, and other noisy appliances during daytime hours when possible.
Respect shared spaces: keep communal hallways, stairways, and entryways quiet and free of clutter.
No amplified sound outdoors: avoid using speakers or other amplified sound on balconies, patios, or building exteriors.
Follow building rules: comply with any additional noise or guest policies set by the building association or management.
Promptly address complaints: if a neighbor or host raises a noise concern, respond respectfully and take immediate steps to reduce noise.
Care for natural marble countertops:
Clean spills immediately: wipe up acidic substances (lemon, vinegar, wine, tomato sauce) and oily spills right away to prevent etching and staining.
Use pH-neutral cleaners: clean with a mild, pH-neutral stone cleaner or a soft cloth and warm water; avoid bleach, vinegar, or abrasive cleaners.
Protect from scratches and heat: always use cutting boards for food prep and trivets or hot pads for hot pans to prevent scratches and thermal shock.
Avoid heavy impact: do not drop or drag heavy items across the surface to prevent chipping or cracking.
Use coasters and mats: place coasters under glasses and mats under toiletries or cosmetics to reduce rings and chemical damage.
Report damage promptly: notify the host immediately if you notice chips, deep scratches, stains, or other damage so repairs can be arranged.
