Marble Countertops — The kitchen counters are natural marble and scratch and stain easily. Please avoid acidic substances (vinegar, lemon, wine, harsh sprays) and wipe up spills right away. Use only the marble cleaners we've set out by the sink.
Quiet Hours — Please keep noise down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
Shoes in the Home — We kindly ask that you remove your shoes while inside to help protect our floors. Feel free to bring slippers or cozy socks if you'd like a soft surface to walk on.
Visitors & Gatherings — The home is for registered guests only. Up to 2 daytime visitors are welcome, but no more than 4 people total at any time. No parties, overnight guests, or events without our approval. Visitors leave by 10 PM.
Treat Her With Care — This isn't a rental property — it's our home. We'd be grateful if you treated it with the same care and love you'd give your own.

The thermostat is located in the hall way to the left of the kitchen. Tap your finger on the right side of the thermostat. You can drag your finger to the up and down to change the temperature and tap to access the menu and to make selections.

We have a hidden projector on the table by the window. We generally move the picture frame on and off the main wall when we want to watch TV.
Use the silver Apple remote to turn on the projector and access AppleTV.
Picture a bit crooked? Turn he projector left and right / up and down and it should auto adjust.

Look for a small black remote we keep in the kitchen near the coffee machine.
The receiver is by the grill so you need to find the right angle to use the remote.
Please turn off the lights before going to bed at night.
-
Add two-three teaspoons of the provided chlorine granules and keep the hot tub uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes before entering.
Always keep the hot tub covered when not in use. Never unplug the hot tub.

Trash is collected Tuesday mornings. Please have bins out by the curb early Tuesday (or Monday night).

Nancy is our wonderful housekeeper and will look after the home during your stay.
Schedule: Every two weeks, currently Thursdays at around 8:30 AM. We're happy to adjust the timing to suit your plans — just let us know, or coordinate directly with Nancy using the contact info we'll provide.
Included: Tidying, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces.
Not included: Laundry, dishes, and changing bedding are taken care of separately, so Nancy can focus on keeping the common spaces fresh.

A gardener stops by every two weeks to maintain the yard. They work outside only and won't need to enter the home, so there's nothing you need to do — just expect to see them tending the garden, with some brief equipment noise. If there's a day that doesn't work for you, or you'd like to reschedule, let us know and we'll arrange it.
